So my plan for this evening is to just try to focus on the good…
~Taking a walk, first thing in the morning, with my little guy.
~Coffee and cinnamon buns with a friend this morning. (I brought the coffee, she brewed it and made the buns.)
~Having my child show proudly show me the picture he drew on his magnadoodle and tell me it was a “buffly”. (Butterfly)
~Getting to hold a sleeping 2-year old in my arms for a long time, a rare occurrence now that he is a toddler.
~Thai food for dinner. (This is becoming the official post-house showing meal.)
~Going to the ocean tomorrow!!!
After reading over this short list, my day doesn’t seem so bad after all.
