Once again, I struggled with choosing just one photo from all that I took this week to be the featured portrait. There were many wonderful moments that I captured. I am already getting more comfortable shooting in manual just five weeks into this portrait project. I am excited to think about how far I can go in a year.

Lovely photo. I feel the same about the photography part – I completed an online course this week and have been amazed at the difference it’s made already. Looking forward to seeing more of your photos over the coming weeks. x
What a great project! For my daughter’s first birthday I made a poster with a picture for each month. I am 4 years late but want to make one for my son too.
Love this picture it really captures a moment in time. He looks like such a thoughtful little boy : )
