Our Snowy Day

1-Simon, touching the snow through his opened window. It was far too windy to go out to play today. (Almost 40 mph gusts.)
2-One of our kitties, Miss Molly, decided it would be a good idea to climb up into the cupboard for a better view of the falling flakes. After snapping her picture I shooed her. It is not safe to leave cupboard doors open around here.
3-Jeramy, digging the cars out of the heaped up snow. It was above his waist. Above his shoulders closer to the house.
4-The lunch that awaited him when he came back inside, along with a hot cup of tea. (Yeah, I know my “V” is actually an upside-down “A”.)

we were snowed it too! and had grilled cheese sandwiches! Both girls loved going out, but it was just too much snow for them to really play with.
I wish we hadn’t had so much wind so we could go out yesterday. Today would have been perfect weather for it but we had a party to go to out of town that took up all our daylight.
40 mile gusts are not fun, I probably wouldn’t let the kids out in that either! Well, maybe, depending on my sanity level
Hahaha.
Today we have new snow and it is beautiful! No crazy wind to keep us inside.

We were snowed in here, as well. The kids had a blast with their own version of snow play, which never lasts long. It’s actually what my blog post is about today. We made personal pizzas for lunch, watched Dr. Who on Netflix and just enjoyed each other! Looks like you had a lovely day!
